The firm has taken a 10-year lease on a 1,898 sq ft suite on the first floor of the building.

Northwood Regional UK, owner of One80, recently undertook a full refurbishment of six floors within the building and the main reception to create a particularly attractive space to professional services and corporate occupiers.

Mark Evans, Northwood Regional UK director, said: “We are delighted to have attracted a tenant of such high quality as Overbury. We very much look forward to welcoming them in the building.”
