Perth and Kinross Council event to offer advice on shared building repair and maintenance

Arranging repairs to a shared building can be a challenge. However, an upcoming event at the AK Bell Library in Perth aims to give advice and help to any property owners looking to repair or maintain their jointly owned tenement.
Hosted by MILL Architects together with Perth & Kinross Council’s Missing Shares Service, the Tenement Repair and Maintenance Event on Thursday 28 April 2022 from 3pm to 5.30pm will present and discuss the practicalities, issues and available funding for shared ownership buildings’ repair and maintenance.
Come along and hear from a range of experts from the Scottish Government, Perth & Kinross Heritage Trust, British Geological Survey, the Missing Shares Service and more.
The event is free to attend but tickets must be booked in advance on Eventbrite.
