Providing high-quality, affordable homes for social rent close to the town centre, the new development of two-bedroom apartments - now named Mitchell Court - addresses an identified housing need in the area.

The project has delivered modern homes equipped with sustainable features, including solar panels and EV-enabled parking spaces. A communal garden has also been incorporated to allow a sense of community to develop among the residents.

West of Scotland Housing Association has a strong presence in Hamilton, managing over 170 affordable homes in the area, with an additional 700 across South Lanarkshire. The completion of Mitchell Court further enhances its commitment to providing high-quality, energy-efficient housing options for local residents.

These 12 high-quality homes are designed to be warm, energy-efficient, and future-proof, offering much-needed affordable housing in the heart of Hamilton. A beacon of what we can do.
