Quale Homes to submit plans for homes in village near Glenrothes

Ladybank-based Quale Homes Ltd has initiated the planning application process for new homes on a large site near Glenrothes.
The housebuilder has submitted a proposal of application notice to Fife Council in respect of the site south of Laurence Park in Kinglassie, around two miles southwest of Glenrothes.
It aims to create a “range of private and affordable housing” but has not yet indicated how many homes it will create, the Central Fife Times reports.
A virtual online public consultation will run between 12-19 November and an additional online questionnaire will run until 26 November.
