The 4th floor of New Clarendon will be fitted out with sustainability as the key driver for tenant Cundall.

Audit Scotland has also awarded Redpath the fit-out of the 4th floor of its Main Point commercial office on West Point.

Refurbishment, fit-out and construction specialist Redpath has recently completed a number of Glasgow office fit-outs including 140 West George Street for Legal & General and 48 St. Vincent Street for Pontegadea.

Susan Cardwell, business development & marketing manager, said the contracts highlight the growth of companies investing in their space to support employee wellbeing and meet sustainability credentials
