The project was awarded via mini competition against the Framework Agreement for the Refurbishment of Sheltered Housing Units in North Ayrshire.

Cheviot Court has 22 one and two-bedroom amenity homes. The works comprise; installation of PV panels, roof covering alteration and replacement, external render and cladding works, replacement windows and external doors, internal alterations including re-modelling to houses, installation of new common boiler plant and renewal of pipework and radiators to all areas, mechanical ventilation and electrical installation renewal, internal decoration and associated external works.

As part of the project, Redpath will be providing a range of social value and community benefits in partnership with North Ayrshire Council.
