The refurbishment of Randolph House in Charlotte Lane will create more than 9,000 sq ft of contemporary, bright, open-plan office accommodation extending over three floors.

Penned by ISA, formerly Ian Springford Architects, its redesign is aimed at a spectrum of occupiers from young design agencies and technology companies to well-established businesses looking for a city centre address.

The ground level is being refurbished and marketed as a prominent restaurant space. The office accommodation will be completed to a shell, with finishes, flooring and lighting to be designed to suit tenants’ bespoke requirements.

The agents for the office accommodation at Randolph House are CBRE and CuthbertWhite. The restaurant is being marketed by Cushman &Wakefield.

Works are expected to be completed in January 2017.
