RFM appoints new managing director for construction division
RFM Construction Ltd, part of integrated property service provider RFM Group, has strengthened its senior management team with the strategic appointment of Leigh Edmondson as managing director.
In his role Leigh is tasked with developing and growing the business which forms part of the group’s turnkey service. He will be responsible for the strategic growth plan through RFM Group’s engaged workplace culture of accommodating people, driving the highest standards of workmanship through its business model to advise, build, manage and maintain.
Leigh joins the business having worked in the construction industry for 18 years. He has held senior management positions at both Tier 1 level and regional SME having worked for Morgan Sindall where he ran a division focusing on complex, fast track projects and previously ISG and Strategic Team Group.
Leigh said: “I am delighted to have joined the team at RFM Group and to be leading RFM Construction. I was hugely attracted by the potential of the business and how much pride the company takes in delivering an outstanding service for our customers. As a management contractor we are able to deliver everything from concept to completion and beyond.
“I will be focusing on sustainable growth for the business, working on a three year strategic growth plan. This will see us reinvesting money back into the business, in order to feed the culture and continue to develop our existing staff - whilst attracting great talent to drive the business forward.”
Ian Flanagan, CEO of RFM Group, added: “Over the last few years we have experienced a period of expansion and so the strategic appointment of Leigh will help us to develop the Construction division which was born from our original Interiors offering. His wealth of experience will enable us to drive steady and continued growth and he is an incredibly welcome addition to the team.”
