RICS creates conflict avoidance community LinkedIn group

A LinkedIn group that focuses on bringing like-minded professionals who recognise the benefits of working collaboratively to avoid conflict and manage disputes at an early stage has been created by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Many in the group will have been invited because they signed the Conflict Avoidance Pledge (CAP) but it also an open group for those who are interested in CAP and those who wish to sign the Pledge in the future.
People are encouraged to join here.
The RICS said it hopes the group will enable it to communicate directly with the Pledge signatories quickly and easily and also build a strong community of professionals who can communicate with and support each other.
