Robertson Group has today launched a new brand to its Robertson Residential division by opening its first apartment development at Ferry Village in Renfrew.

Living by Robertson will specifically target those buying solo, first time buyers and downsizers, offering contemporary apartments with quality specifications, in locations close to great amenities and transport links.

Martin Findlay, who has been with Robertson for four years, has been appointed MD to lead the new division, which joins Robertson Residential alongside Robertson Homes and Robertson Partnerships.

Martin Findlay said: “The opening of a first development is hugely exciting and we have a great location on the banks of the Clyde, near to the amenities and transport links of Braehead. This is the first of several planned developments and we have an appetite to grow swiftly within our targeted demographic.”
