Robertson wins major East Renfrewshire Council contract
Robertson Facilities Management has won a major contract with East Renfrewshire Council to supply electrical maintenance services across the region.
The group’s Facilities Management division has been appointed by the local authority in a contract worth around £600,000 over a two-year period with an option to be extend for a further two years by the Council.
The new contract covers the repair, replacement and maintenance of electrical works and property management of approximately 170 council buildings including their educational properties. It includes a 24/7 emergency response service.

“We currently have active contracts with many Scottish local authorities and have also established a major presence in the north of England delivering hard and soft FM services for public sector clients. We look forward to working with East Renfrewshire Council over the next two years.”
Robertson Facilities Management was also recently appointed to provide hard FM services for NHS Glasgow at Eastwood Health and Care Centre, a new state-of-the-art facility in East Renfrewshire which is due to open next month.
