David joins the business after 15 years with Creation Flooring in Southampton, where he enjoyed a similar role.

Developing and growing the four key areas of the business - underfloor heating, pourable insulation, screed and resin flooring – will be his priority and he’s relishing the opportunity to work alongside managing director Jason Lister.

“It’s a chance to join a business which not only delivers on quality but on attitude and friendliness which is something that was very appealing,” he said.

“I have known Jason ever since he set up ATS in 2014 so the company was well known to me when this opportunity came along. He has a great team here and I’m delighted to be part of it.”

The appointment is another significant development for the Fife firm, which last month announced a major expansion with the launch of ENERGYSCREED, a new insulation division of the business.

“ATS is starting to make a big impression in the industry and thanks to the investment in setting up ENERGYSCREED, we have the chance to move the needle in our area of the construction market,” added David.

“There is very little in the way of innovation in construction but we are changing that and that was another major reason to join. I’m really looking forward to working on some amazing projects and taking us to the next level as we change the face of flooring.”
