Rudy Wynter joins Balfour Beatty as non-executive director
Balfour Beatty has appointed Rudolph (Rudy) Wynter as a non-executive director with effect from 1 December 2024.
Rudy has over 35 years’ experience in the gas and electricity industry where he has served in many leadership and senior operational roles with his most recent roles as president, National Grid New York, leading the company’s regulated energy delivery portfolio and prior to that as chief operating officer of National Grid’s Wholesale Networks & Capital Delivery business. He has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Pratt Institute and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University in the US.
Rudy is currently a non-executive director, chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and member of the Audit Committee of EnerSys Inc (NYSE:ENS), the stored energy systems technology provider.
