Scotia Homes begins consulting on £35m Forfar housing development
Scotia Homes has begun consulting on proposals for a £35 million housing development near Forfar, Angus.
The Ellon-based housebuilder has submitted a proposal of application notice for a residential development, incorporating open space and associated infrastructure at land adjacent to Westfield Loan.
An initial pre-application consultation event will be held in Forfar on 1 November 2022 to receive the views of the community and allow these contributions to be fed into the detailed design process.
Following this exhibition, detailed proposals for the site will be worked up ahead of a further event on 1 December.
Scotia Homes has not yet indicated how many homes they expect to build on the site. Further information is available at westfieldforfar.consultationonline.co.uk.
