The housebuilder’s plans to deliver 16 homes at its Craibstone development were rejected by the local authority last year.

It is understood the planning department’s concerns related to the retention of trees in the area.

The application was to add to the 144 homes already approved as part of phase one of the development.

CALA was given planning permission in principle for a 700-home masterplan for the area in 2016.
