Scottish offsite specialist placed into administration
The Construction Enquirer reports that up to 20 jobs have been axed in the fallout from the collapse of Enemetric, which is part of the Enervis Group.
Enemetric was one of two firms formed after Dartford M&E specialist, the Enervis Group, bought Powerwall from administrators two years ago.
The other Enewall, which provides specialist renders and aggregates, is unaffected by the move and continues to trade normally.
Enemetric operated as a volumetric specialist using a patented rotating assembly jig to build basic steel frame units.
The three business were brought together to offer a full turnkey solution from initial design and concept through to the delivery of bespoke, high-tech off-site modular buildings.
These could include the latest cost-saving renewable energies, all installed by Enervis’ in-house team of mechanical and electrical engineers.
