The 9th annual Scottish Property Awards have revealed 38 companies responsible for the developments and teams which have progressed to the finals in 15 categories.

A judging panel of 20 industry experts assessed and scored entries which featured office developments, hospitals, schools, health and community centres, universities, hotels and regeneration sites across the country.

The awards are sponsored by Peace Recruitment, PMP and Wolffe and supported by the Scottish Property Federation.

Alan Robertson, chair of the Scottish Property Awards judging panel, said: “We’re encouraged by the many achievements in Scottish real estate in the last year. There have been a great number of highlights in developments and deals of all sizes and across Scotland. The judging panel are impressed by the performance of our Scottish property professionals and wish them every success in the awards and in the year to come.”

The Scottish Property Awards dinner and celebration takes place on March 30 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Glasgow Central. The live awards will be hosted by comedian and broadcaster, Des Clarke.
