Shepherd appoints head of St Andrews office residential department

The St Andrews office of Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has appointed David Marr as associate partner to head up its residential department with immediate effect.
Pittenweem resident Marr brings with him an unrivalled expertise of the local property market to the post.
Having qualified in 2006, he has more than 13 years post qualification experience in the surveying and valuation industry in Fife, with the majority of this time spent carrying out residential valuations in St Andrews and the surrounding area.
Commenting on his new role, Mr Marr said: “I am delighted to be given this opportunity to take over the running of the St Andrews office and look forward to using my detailed knowledge of St Andrews and the surrounding market to drive the business forward.”
