Smith Scott Mullan Associates welcomes Kingdom framework success
Kingdom Housing Association has appointed Smith Scott Mullan Associates to its framework for architect and multi-discipline design team services.
Smith Scott Mullan Associates will lead a multi-discipline design team with Will Rudd, EDP Consulting Engineers Ltd, Thomas & Adamson and F3 Building Surveyors Limited.
The firm is currently designing two schemes for Kingdom in Alloa. Elm Grove (54 houses), which is currently on site with Marshall Construction; and Engelen Drive (10 houses), which is at the planning design stage.
