Stewart Milne Homes appoints new commercial director amid strong trading performance and growth
Niall Campbell has been named as the new commercial director for Stewart Milne Homes’ Central Scotland division to support plans for the firm’s continued growth across the region.
Bringing more than 20 years’ experience to the role, Niall has previously held positions with a number of other developers. Since 2008, Niall has been a quantity surveyor, then senior surveyor, for Stewart Milne Homes Central Scotland.
In his new role, Niall will oversee the division’s quantity surveying, estimating and procurement teams and will be responsible for driving several new tenders, with upwards of 600 units, through to completion.
The announcement follows a strong trading performance for the housebuilder which boosted the company’s growth prospects and investments in Central Scotland. Niall will also oversee developments in Bishopton, Calderwood, Auchterarder and most recently in Pencaitland, which will include 120 new homes.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Campbell said: “Stewart Milne Homes has an enviable reputation in the industry for providing high-quality homes in desirable locations, and I am thrilled to be joining the team in this new position.

Recent accounts for Stewart Milne Group showed that turnover had increased from £209.2 million to £240.5m and operating profits grew from £0.6m to almost £7m for the year ended June 2017.
