Still time to tee up with Business Fours Construction, Housing & Property event

Golfing professionals from Scotland’s Construction, Housing & Property sector will take part for their chance to be crowned national business golf champions and there are just six spaces left in the event.

Including the Scottish Construction Now team there is a stellar line up of companies involved so far with Stewart Milne Homes, CBC, Malcolm Hollis, Shepherd Surveyors, Careys, City Building Engineering Services, Axiom PSL, Advance Construction all taking part.

The Construction, Housing & Property event is one of five industry qualifying heats taking place ahead of the national final on the Torrance Course at St Andrews. The date for Construction, Housing & Property professionals is Thursday 26th April at the Championship course at MacDonald Cardrona supported once again by industry partners, Scottish Construction Now, Scottish Housing News and the Scottish Property Federation.

The tournament provides the opportunity to meet new connections in a relaxed environment through its unique golf day formula with most teams of 4 being split up for their round. As with all events under the Business Fives umbrella a strong charity element will run throughout the tournament with 10% of all revenue going into a charity pot and causes like RICS Landaid Pledge 150 campaign being well supported at the event.

The destination of this donation will be decided by the winning company at the National final on the Torrance course at the Fairmont in St Andrews.

Business Fours is aiming to build on the success of its inaugural event last year and tournament founder, John McClarey, said. “We are really looking forward to teeing off the new season of Business Fours and we’re hoping to replicate the energy and enthusiasm from last year’s events that created a real buzz in the room.

“The format was embraced by all the companies who took part and the feedback was really positive with most of last year’s participants already back involved, something which proves the formula works.”
