In addition to delivering a record number of homes, the housebuilder – who has been building homes across the region for over 35 years – was last month awarded a five-star customer satisfaction rating by leading bodies in the housebuilding industry for the third year running.

The results from the national new homes customer satisfaction survey from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) confirmed that Story Homes has received a five-star satisfaction rating, with more than nine in 10 customers recommending the builder to a friend. The housebuilder also received a ‘Gold’ rating from ‘In-house’ (the customer satisfaction research body) after 94% of customers said they would recommend Story Homes.

Alongside these awards, Story Homes has reached a rating of 4.8 stars on Trustpilot; this is an industry leading score and is the highest TrustScore in the ‘Home Builder’ category on Trustpilot. This is a further testament to the housebuilder’s commitment to providing excellent customer service.
