The first tranche of £700 was donated this month, and as work progresses at the development over the next few years, a grand sum of £4,725 will be paid to The School Bank West Lothian to support its work in the local community. 

The School Bank West Lothian, based in Livingston, is a volunteer-led organisation dedicated to improving the lives of children experiencing financial hardship by providing new school uniforms and essential school items. This initial donation will directly support the charity’s efforts to assist families across West Lothian. 

Collette Moran, project manager for The School Bank West Lothian, said: “We are extremely grateful for the support from Taylor Wimpey East Scotland. This generous donation will help us continue providing much-needed assistance to the children and families we support locally  across West Lothian. Taylor Wimpey East Scotland’s donation to The School Bank West Lothian is one of many contributions the housebuilder makes towards community facilities and infrastructure in the wider area.
