To inspire more young people to consider the industry, the housebuilder brought some of its apprentices together to share their experience of working in the industry.

With 32 apprentices working across our two regional businesses in Scotland, we are reaping the benefits of investing in apprenticeships and nurturing the next generation of employees – and we would urge other companies to do so too.”
