Under the deal, CBS director Paul Browne will be joining Terry Healy Group Ltd as director of THG Electrical Services while CBS director Danni Moss will be joining Terry Healy Group as director of its newly launched THG Windows & Doors division.

Terry Healy Group supplies trades to Edinburgh & The Lothians, Fife and the Scottish Borders and is accredited by the Federation of Master Builders (FMB).

The group said Paul and Danni both bring a wealth of experience to its existing management team and will grow their business divisions both locally and nationally. All existing CBS employees will transfer over to THG. Existing CBS client and service agreements will transfer over to THG.
