Thomas & Adamson bolsters management team with trio of promotions
International construction and property consultancy Thomas & Adamson has strengthened its senior management by promoting three key team members.
Heather Holbrook will take on the role of regional director within the company’s cost management division.
With considerable experience working across both commercial and public sectors, Heather’s dedicated approach has seen her successfully deliver many complex projects.
In addition, John McGuinness is appointed to the role of associate director, building surveying. An important member of the building surveying team since May 2007 John provides expert input across all facets of building surveying, quality monitoring and project management. John has built a reputation for providing a unique blend of practical and professional advice.
To further support the continuing growth of Thomas & Adamson’s building surveying team, Greig Fenton also takes on the role of associate director, building surveying.
Greig joined Thomas & Adamson in 2014 and has a broad range of expertise in construction projects. A dilapidations expert with extensive experience in project management, contract administration and traditional survey work, Greig is involved in a wide variety of projects in the retail, commercial and public sectors, acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
Alastair Wallace, senior partner at Thomas & Adamson, said: “These promotions reflect the hard work of Heather, Greig and John and the service excellence they provide to our clients. Recognising and rewarding talent like theirs is key to sustaining the consistent growth achieved at Thomas and Adamson over the last few years.”
All three take up their new roles with immediate effect.
