Thomas & Adamson promotes duo to regional director
Graham Findlay and Hamish Paterson promoted to regional directors by Thomas & Adamson.
Mr Findlay joined in October 2006 as trainee M&E surveyor and since then has undertaken both project manager and cost consultant roles on a wide range of projects.
In recent years he has established himself as a specialist within our life sciences sector, successfully delivering a range of highly technical projects, including cleanrooms, laboratories and other projects with a high degree of technical complexity. He has also become an expert within the drinks sector having assisted clients with the construction of a number of distilleries and breweries.
Mr Paterson joined in 2005 as a building surveyor, and over the past 15 years has contributed to and delivered a wide variety of projects across the public and private sectors.
Hamish has developed an extensive knowledge of the construction market and a diverse skill set which includes contract administration for refurbishments and alterations projects, professional services including acquisition surveys, condition surveys, dilapidations advice, and planned maintenance. Within his new role he will lead the UK building surveying business.
Both Graham & Hamish cover projects across the UK from the firm’s Glasgow office.
