With a rich history dating back 156 years, Inchinnan-based Thomas Johnstone brings its long experience of working in live hotel environments and heritage buildings to the project, which will create a new day-to-night bar, refurbished dining areas, and a speakeasy bar with a new look and feel for hotel guests and visitors to enjoy. The hotel will remain open throughout the project, with TJL’s expertise ensuring minimal disruption to operations and guests’ experience.

TJL has a proven track record of delivering high-profile hospitality projects with precision and care. The team’s attention to detail, ability to coordinate complex design elements and extensive in-house capabilities were key factors in their appointment.

The project is the vision of brothers Richard and Charlie Leckie, the sixth generation of the Leckie family at Crieff Hydro, who have been instrumental in shaping the hotel’s legacy and maintaining its high standards. Work will commence in January 2025, and the new areas will be unveiled in the Spring.
