Tilbury Douglas appointed to deliver third project for North Lanarkshire Council
Tilbury Douglas has been appointed to deliver the £4 million Pather scheme in Wishaw - its third project for North Lanarkshire Council.
The project is set to commence later this month and is expected to be completed by July 2025, providing much-needed burial space for the North Lanarkshire community. This critical infrastructure project will also include a new access road, car parking facilities, a visitor building and landscaping.
The Pather project marks Tilbury Douglas’ third collaboration with North Lanarkshire Council, following the successful delivery of the new Fleet Building and Depot for servicing and maintaining the council’s vehicle fleet.
Currently, Tilbury Douglas is also working on the Braidhurst Industrial Estate project, which will support local start-ups and SMEs by providing essential business infrastructure.
Barry O’Hagan, regional director - Scotland at Tilbury Douglas, said: “We are proud to continue our strong partnership with North Lanarkshire Council on this vital community infrastructure project. Our team is committed to delivering this important project to the highest standard, ensuring it meets the needs of the community both now and in the future.”
