With more than 15 years of experience in construction, most recently as head of social value at Tilbury Douglas, Ms Davies has extensive knowledge of the sector and industry.

In her new role, she will drive the business’ People, Planet, Performance (PPP) Strategy.

To support this, Tilbury Douglas has also appointed Laura Marshall as social value co-ordinator and Lanre Oluborode as sustainability advisor. Ms Marshall brings with her more than 12 years of social value related experience and Ms Oluborode has a background as an energy/sustainability consultant who specialises in carbon and energy analysis.
