Hamilton joins TLT as a highly experienced real estate lawyer having advised businesses, notably developers, utilities and energy firms, on a wide range of property matters.

Prior to joining TLT, Hamilton held roles at Shepherd & Wedderburn and DWF.

Hands specialises in commercial property transactions and joins TLT from Miller Samuel Hill Brown where she acted for a variety of commercial property clients.

The appointments represent a further step in TLT’s UK-wide real estate growth strategy and ambitious growth plans in Scotland. They follow the acquisition of Glasgow-based commercial real estate firm Leslie Wolfson & Co, which saw acclaimed lawyers Howard Beach, Andrew McCowan and Donna Strong join TLT as partners in October.

Other recent appointments include clean energy real estate partner Nick Shenken from Pinsent Masons and real estate associate Pamela Sealey.
