Trade body’s timber and damp training launches at Stirling University
National trade body the Property Care Association (PCA) is bringing its gold standard surveyor training in timber and damp to Stirling University.
Property and construction companies across Scotland can invest in specialist training that focuses on the issues caused by damp, timber infestation and decay within buildings.
Traditionally held at the PCA’s headquarters in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, the PCA surveyor courses are seen as the industry benchmark for training surveyors. The Surveying Timber & Dampness in Buildings course will now be held at the new location at Stirling University.
