Following the recent addition of Kobelco mini excavators to the comprehensive product range available from Molson Young Plant Sales, two new additions will replace outgoing staff, whilst a third will provide additional coverage in the North West and Highlands area which will be supported from the Inverness depot.

With over 15 years of service in the Royal Air Force in various roles in the Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE), new sales manager, North West Scotland, Highlands and Islands, David Pinner’s eye for detail and mechanical mind will give an extra level of understanding, both to the products offered, but also to the challenges that customers face. After recently working for Sunbelt Rentals, David also brings a wealth of industry knowledge.

David said: “For me, if a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing right. This mantra is part of my DNA, so customers can expect an uncompromising attention to detail in order to make sure every machine is exactly as they would like it.

“The wide range of products available from Molson, along with the scale of after sales support will help me offer real value to both new and existing customers that I am looking forward to speaking with.”

Gus Kerr joins the team as sales manager, North East Scotland with over 14 years of industry experience. With his most recent experience including Buckhurst Plant Hire and Morris Leslie, he brings a real understanding of our customers business and the pressures they face in the current climate. This along with his detailed knowledge of the Molson product range will mean that customers will be sure of a great level of service due to his dedicated approach.

With over 11 years of experience in the construction and agricultural sectors, Blair Allan will bring a knowledgeable and friendly approach to his role of sales manager, East Central Scotland. In a notoriously strong region for Molson Young Plant Sales, Blair will be offering a full range of leading machinery brands including Kobelco excavators, Thwaites dumpers, Cormidi tracked dumpers, Ammann compaction equipment and much more.
