Iain Nicolson, Wes Tonner and Paul Cooper have all been promoted to associates, while Dafydd Roderick, Martin Lorimar and John Moore have been promoted to principal engineers.

David Black has also been promoted to senior electrical engineer.

The promotions are as a direct result of the employees’ participation in the company’s Outlook and Growth Mindset talent development programmes.
