Following the successful completion of Oxley and BM’s £1 billion, 3,350 unit Royal Wharf Development, Derek Martin and Gary Sweeney have joined KSNPM, following senior management positions with Acumen Portfolio Solutions Ltd.

Derek joins from his previous position as the clients’ senior project manager and managing quantity surveyor on the seven-year-long Royal Wharf Development.

Gary Sweeney is a qualified chartered building surveyor and project manager who previously worked on the Royal Wharf development as a senior project manager.

Both Derek and Gary will be based in Glasgow working from KSNPM’s Scottish office at 38 New City Road Glasgow G4 9JT.
