Views sought on second phase of Calton development
Plans to deliver around 92 apartments and six ground floor commercial units on the site of a Glasgow car park are the subject of an online consultation.

Property developer Grant Stafford Borthwick Ltd is seeking to transform the site west of 331 Bell Street.
Under plans designed by Jewitt and Wilkie Architects, the seven-storey building will contain a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom units.

The developer is nearing the completion of 54 flats at an adjacent site.
It noted: “‘Phase 1’ has proven to be a very successful development for the rental housing market and the proposals reflect the success of this formula.”
