West Ranga Property Group to revamp unused Dundee industrial estate

Property developer West Ranga Property Group (WRPG) has unveiled plans to create a new industrial hub in Dundee.
The group aims to bring the former Hawkhill Court industrial park back into use following several years of decline.
To be named D10 Trade Park, the industrial estate extends to approximately 39,000 sq ft arranged over 10 self-contained units of varying sizes.
WRPG said the “significant refurbishment” will provide “much needed high-quality city centre industrial stock”.
