William Lippe Architects Ltd has appointed two new members of staff to its growing team.

David Dalton and Katie McPate studied at the Scott Sutherland School of Architecture, at RGU, in Aberdeen and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Architecture in 2005.

On completion of their architectural studies they moved to London. David worked for a medium sized practice who primarily focused on residential projects, gaining four years’ experience working on various developments including high-end, one off houses and high-density apartment block developments.

Katie worked at a small practice focused on high-end residential interiors, extensions and refurbishment projects mainly for private clients, and passed her Part III examination at the University of Westminster.

After four years’ living in London, David and Katie have decided to return to Aberdeen for the quieter life and both have joined the team at William Lippe Architects this month. David hopes to develop his experience with the view of sitting his Part III examination in the near future, while Katie is looking forward to working on a variety of new projects.
