Cunninghame Housing Association (CHA) has started work on its latest new build development in Eastriggs, Dumfries & Galloway.

Located on the former Stanfield Farm site, the development will deliver much-needed affordable homes to rent locally. The official commencement ceremony took place on Tuesday 20th August and was attended by members of the Association’s board of management, CHA staff and D&G councillors representing the Eastriggs area.

Invited guests included representatives from the project design team including Ashleigh, TCS Construction Consultants, Robert Potter & Partners and Asher Associates.

This landmark project, which commenced on the 5th of August 2024, marks a significant step forward in our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, affordable housing in the Dumfries & Galloway Region. The development is set to offer a number of different house types and the new homes will be allocated from the Homes4DG Common Housing Register.

  • 1 four-bedroom wheelchair-accessible house (suitable for 7 people, with ground-floor living)
