Glasgow City Council has approved the sale of land in the city’s Park Quadrant, paving the way for the development of almost 100 homes at the site. City Property (Glasgow) LLP, on behalf of the council, announced the £5.7 million sale of an area of land in the area adjacent to Kelvingrove Park.
