About Us

Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. We have plans for a significant expansion of our housing stock over the next five years.

About the Role

You will be part of our In-House Maintenance Team helping to deliver a high quality maintenance service for Kingdom Group’s tenants and customers. You will be assisting the Stock Controller in organising our depot material and equipment stores to ensure that the stores, and our fleet of vans, are kept fully stocked to support our teams carrying out reactive repairs, planned replacements and void property repairs.

About You

Experience working in a stock control role in a repairs environment with good general knowledge of materials used by multiple trades is desirable. You should also have a good understanding of how a multi-trade reactive repairs appointment system is organised. Delivering great customer service is essential and the ability to work on your own initiative.
