Are you a forward-thinking leader with experience in managing diverse teams and driving organisational success? Kingdom HA is looking for a results-oriented professional with expertise in operations, logistics, facilities, or resource management to take on a pivotal role. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.

About Us

As one of Scotland’s leading registered social landlords, our mission at Kingdom is to provide More Than A Home. We deliver over 7,500 homes across Fife and the surrounding areas, striving to provide quality homes and services to our tenants and customers. As the parent organisation of two successful subsidiaries – offering support and care services, and managing a mid-market rent portfolio respectively – our team strives to embody our values of Customer Service, Accountability, Respect, Efficiency, and Support in everything we do.

About the Role

To deliver on our mission and vision, Kingdom seeks a dynamic and ambitious individual to manage and motivate a team of 80 colleagues, driving performance at all levels. Your focus will be on meeting customer needs, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining infrastructure that delivers value for money alongside an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll work across the organisation, engaging with the Leadership Team, and contributing to strategic asset management to secure Kingdom’s continued success.

About You

You’ll bring experience in managing a multi-skilled workforce and a background either in asset management or a transferable field, with a focus on performance and customer service a must. Your career may have been forged in industries such as housing, logistics, operations, facilities, commercial asset management, or similar fields. Most importantly, this role requires someone who can lead by example, inspire teams, and ensure compliance while fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
