Insite Group is a leading construction company based in Glasgow, specialising in the fit-out, refurbishment, and construction of commercial, retail, industrial, healthcare and public sector properties. We operate throughout the UK and are committed to providing first-class solutions for all our clients.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from initial tendering to final handover
• Managing client relationships, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
• Ensuring all projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Preparing and managing project budgets
• Producing accurate and timely reports

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organised and meticulous with a strong attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and procurement methods
• Experience using relevant construction software
