Cyclical and Compliance Officer x2 
Permanent, Monday - Friday 35 hours per week

Do you have a qualified technical background that can be applied to domestic property ? Do you have a comprehensive knowledge of the mandatory and statutory requirements for social housing property safety? Do you have a background of managing contractors?

Job purpose: 

As the Cyclical and Compliance Officer for Queens Cross Housing Association , you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that we comply with our legal obligations in relation to tenant safety and cyclical maintenance. Whilst social housing experience is advantageous it is not essential – we are looking for candidates with that understand the technical aspects of gas safety, water safety (such as managing legionella risk), lift safety, electrical safety and fire safety. 

You will:

  • Ensure that we understand and deliver our legal obligations for tenant property safety
  • Manage contractors
  • Assist in the organisation and management of cyclical maintenance
  • Build relationships and influence decision-making to enhance service delivery
  • Be comfortable implementing digital solutions and using software systems
  • Have excellent communication skills to engage with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
