Lochalsh and Skye Housing Association provides good quality affordable housing solutions for those with a housing need in Skye and Lochalsh. We own and manage more than 800 properties and we have an active ongoing development programme.

We now require an:-

Interim Property Services Manager

Fixed Term: 9 months (possible extension to 12 months)

Grade 8, Points 28 - 31
Salary Scale: £46,728 - £50,556

Lochalsh & Skye Housing Association is looking for a customer focused Property or Construction Manager with the skills to manage our Property and Technical Teams.

If you have experience leading a team with high standards and knowledgeable in the construction industry, then we would like to hear from you.

With flexible working hours, hybrid options and a substantial annual leave allowance, we are ready to welcome you to our Team.

A full driving licence is required.

Conditions of Service include: 
• 35-hour working week
•    40 days annual leave
•    Pension Scheme
