Permanent Position, Glasgow
£33,409 per annum (EVH Grade 6)
35 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Coordinator who is motivated and passionate about managing a small team of maintenance assistants and providing excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be customer-focused, with an emphasis on providing quality and effective repairs services for our customers. Ideally, you should have knowledge and experience working in repairs and maintenance and be able to oversee the delivery of our day-to-day reactive repairs service and planned cyclical works.
In this role, you will engage with our customers and contractors across the business to deliver quality service and possess strong organisational, team working and communication skills.
