Office Administrator

Profile Projects are an SFS, Partitioning, Drylining and Ceiling Contractor based in Scotland. We carry out projects throughout Scotland and have been established for nearly 30 years.

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at our office in Blairingone by Dollar, Perth and Kinross.

This is a permanent position and we are happy to consider applications from individuals that are seeking either a part-time, or full-time role.

Brief Job Description – Pricing and Placing Material Orders, Keeping all Quality Control Procedures and Certification up to date, Booking in Deliveries, Hiring and Off-Hiring Plant, Verifying Sub-Contractors, Sending out quotations and valuations, Downloading enquiries for pricing, Issuing Rams and Keeping Ram Registers, General Office duties.

This position would suit an individual with the appropriate experience.
