Plans to create a new £5 million clubhouse at Donald Trump’s Aberdeenshire golf resort have been approved by Aberdeenshire Council.

Plans for a 300-home development in Aberdeenshire have been deferred until a suitable location for a primary school is identified. The Stewart Milne Homes scheme was recommended for approval by Aberdeenshire Council planning officers.

More than £6 million is set to be spent on upgrading hundreds of residential properties in the North East after plans were approved by Aberdeenshire Council. Properties around the shire including Peterhead, St Cyrus, Stonehaven and Fraserburgh will see improvements as part of the scheme.
