Five Kier companies and Seddon Construction are among 20 firms to have been suspended from the Prompt Payment Code for failing to pay suppliers on time.

Eighteen companies – including Galliford Try, Severfield, and Screwfix – have been suspended from the Prompt Payment Code for failing to pay suppliers on time, the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) announced today.
