The owner of Glasgow city centre office development 200 Broomielaw has commenced the creation of new flexible, fully-fitted workspaces on the ground floor.

Real estate investor AM alpha has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as leasing advisor for its landmark office development 200 Broomielaw in Glasgow. The 80,000 sq ft Grade A office building is currently being extensively refurbished with practical completion due later this month.
